This is your Purelymail account admin user, used to manage your domains, billing, and additional users. You can always rename this user or change the domain at any time—so don’t worry about picking the perfect name just yet.

Recovery Options

To protect your account, we strongly recommend adding a recovery email or phone number. Without at least one recovery method, we cannot reset your password or restore access if you're locked out.


Refunds / Terms

We only offer refunds within the first 30 days of sign-up. There is a $3 service charge for all refunds to help offset support costs associated with refunds. You can try the service for free by signing up for a trial account before you make a purchase.

We can't process refunds on accounts that have been deleted. If you delete your account, you agree that all rights to request a refund will be null and void.

Trial accounts are a great way to explore Purelymail before you buy.

  • Full Access: Enjoy all Purelymail features. To prevent abuse, there is a limit on how many emails you can send to external addresses during the trial.
  • Trial Credits: Your account starts with a limited credit balance that typically lasts a month with light usage.
  • Keep Your Account: When your trial credits run low, or you hit sending limits, just add $10 to your balance. This instantly upgrades you to a standard account on the Simple plan, keeping your service active and lifting all trial limits.

A modern browser and SMS-capable phone are required to activate your trial account.

To finish setting up your account, click the payment button below. You’ll be redirected to Stripe to securely enter your details.

  • Initial Deposit: You’ll be charged $10, which is immediately added to your account as credits. These credits cover one year on our Simple plan, though you can switch to Advanced pricing anytime.
  • Top-Ups: We’ll automatically refill your balance when it runs low. To keep you in control, these auto-charges are capped at $11 per year by default—a limit you can easily adjust in your account settings.
